I was going up the on ramp yesterday and my 91 5 speed 22re 4wd just died, it bogged right out. Let it sit and the truck fired right up with a little tap of the gas pedal. Tried to get home and it died again, this time I was on top of a big hill, so I turned it around and tried to roll start it goin down the hill. With the truck in gear, the motor would run and the truck would light up as normal, but wouldn't rev up if I gave it any gas and it just died at the bottom again. I decided to leave it parked over night, but now it won't fire up at all. Just turns over and over, tach jumps a bit. I put gas line antifreeze in the gas as well becuase it seemed to act up right after I gassed up. I was told it could just be my catalytic converter clogged, any suggestions?
